I confirm having run OOo-1.1.3 on Woody (k 2.2.22). There should be no
problems with 1.1.4 (no dramatic changes as compared to 1.1.3).

Dont'you think it could have been an 'Oooops'? On the other hand ther is
a common factor: '2' :-)
