Hi Casey,
on your system find a file named 'common.xcu' and delete it. before you do that, exit OOo and Quickstarter (in your system tray), if it is running. then restart OOo. this should work.Urska is right, but there might be multiple files with that name on your machine. Please follow the instructions from:

to solve your problem.
