I presently have both OOo1.9.69 and OOo 2.0 Beta on my Linux system. I
added an extra step to the install proceedure before steps 1. I renamed
the RPMS directory for the 1.9.69 files to RPMS-69. Then when I
extracted the Beta files, a RPMS directory was created and the files
placed into it. I had no problems after that. I have since renamed the
new RPMS directory to RPMS-79 in case I want to download and use
further Beta versions of OOo.
