Ok. I do not want to extend this issue. I just wanted to let you guys know that this is a known ISP here and the Spam filter is legitimate. If you choose not to accept, ok with me. We just need to educate that user to add the mailer of this list to his trusted list, otherwise we will all keep receiving this stupid messages.

I will be damn if I am going to activate cookies, accept cookies that contain admitted spyware which once accepted will then NOT allow the message to pass as the ISP has assume that one is running a Windows not Linux. Not only is this spam but it is a blatant attempt to infect other computers with spyware which fortunately will not run on a Linux box. And as far as the size of the ISP I personally just don't give a damn. Spy ware is spyware and spam is spam. End of story.
