Not really; the locale-specific date format is still at the top of the list which means I still have to hunt for another format. Thanks anyway. And it looks like I was wrong about a custom format being persistent as a choice: It's persistent but not after exiting OOo all the way. So is there a way to save custom formats across sessions?
