Thanks for the suggestion, CPH. I ran setup repair but it did not fix the missing icons. I'm hoping that someone has encountered this before and knows how to fix it, because it's really annoying having blank icon buttons on your toolbar!
I can't find an OpenOffice folder inside any of the user "Application Data" folders (default, All, my login) in my C:\Documents and Settings folder, so I can't pursue your other suggestion. Is that where you meant me to look?
