Does the text at the bottom of that screen say:
a) "The same font will be used on both your printer and your screen"
b) "This font will be simulated or the closest matching one will be used".
c) Something else.
If you get message "a", I don't know what the problem is.
If you get message "b", then the font is the issue. [OOo is a lot
fussier about fonts than other programs are.]
