Thanx for the answer everyone.
Mounting the disk was easy with adding following line to /etc/fstab file.

//win_computer_name/share_name /mnt/shared smbfs username=defaults,password=defaults 0 0

I created 'shared' map under the /mnt and restarted machine after updating /etc/fstab.
I hope that this could help someone...

or "follow the network" !! network-> MS->Server-> share it is working too
