Thanks for getting back to me. I had a feeling it was completely legal though immoral as it may be. Not a big fan of greed and misleading marketing and just wanted to make sure it was not conflicting with any OoO policies.

It is bundling GPL software for profit. As I said above, it doesn appear they are breaking any laws but it is quite disingenuous to say the least

This is perfectly okay. Anyone can re-sell the products as long as they give the source and things like that I don't know all the details. But it is legal. I bought my first copy of OOo at Office Depot, and kicked myself later. It was only $40 and if came with a bunch of other crap too, so life goes on.
