Hi Marcelo,
I don't think you can have 'numbers' with the same separator: either you
have '.'(point) separated thousands with ','(comma) separated decimals
or the reverse. So, probably, your original figures are not 'numbers'.
Anyway, try:

1.) Format > Cells > Numbers 
and substitute 'Spanish (Spain)' for 'Default': this will cause Calc to
use comma separated decimals in the particular spreadsheet you are
using.

If that works and you want to set it for all Calc's, do 
2.) Tools > Options > Language Settings 
and choose Spanish as the Loale Setting (instead of Default).

If 1.) doesn't work, I'm afraid you must eliminate the comma separating
thousands ;)
