We, Nucsoft Ltd are a Application Service Provider company. We are
working on a .net application project in which we would like to use
Open Office at the client end. As a part of our client side
architecture we would like to install Open office on each individual
desktops for doing Formula based calculations involving functions for
Financial, Mathematical,Logical,Date&Time operations.

Our client side architecture comprises of the following components : 1. .net Framework. 2. MDAC Version 2.0 3. Open Office 1.1.4

We would like to know if there are any commercial implications or any
licensing requirements for having Open Office on each individual
desktops.

You can use and distribute.

It's free for homework and officework also. Don't there is any chance of it go to be paid someday.
