Hi
When printing a document (for instance html, from an internet site, first saved in a file), I almost always get a first blank page in front of the file (belonging to the file), which I cannot suppress.
never heard of this problem before. when you save the web page, is it in html or sxw format? if sxw, you might have page styles defined as right only, so OOo will first print the left page (which is empty) and then the right one. this happens to me when i print 2 pages on one sheet (page) - the first page will always print on the right-hand side, leaving the left half of the page empty.
Secondly :
Although I usually print files from different origins without problem, OpenOffice "eats" away a few lines at the bottom of each page. The printer is defined, the marges are normal, paper format A4. I tried to reduce the length of the page (to 28 cm instead of 29.7 cm for instance), or to change the bottom marge, without solving the problem. May-be someone knows what it is about ? Thanks.
if you have copied the contents from the website, they might be arranged as a table. you should right-click inside the contents and select Table... check to see if you have problems with table settings.
