Dear People,
How can I make a footer (where I've put my page-numbering and an extra reference to the chapter-name) ignore Left-Page, Right-Page symmetry? I want it to stick in the center of the page, regardless of whether it is a left-page or a right page. Or, how do I make the margins of my footer independent of the margins of the text body?
