The general principal of the OO.o licence is that the product is free to
use and free to distribute. The source code is also freely available.
You can bundle it up as part of a commercial package (although you
might consider putting something back into the OO.o community - time
or money - by way of appreciation for allowing them to let you do this).

However, if you use any of the OO.o source code and documentation
and modify it for your product, then you must grant the same Open
Source licence on that product.

This is only a synopsis of the licence - go to

http://www.openoffice.org/license.html

to find out you full legal obligations under the Open Source licence.
