Yes, complex layout is definately in the 2.0 beta at the moment.
You have to turn on complex languages eg Hebrew or Arabic under the
Tools -> Options -> Languages dialog and then when you are in your
spreadsheet, do Format -> Sheet -> Right-to-Left to reverse the
order of the sheet you are working in currently.
