Hi Rick Go to Insert >> Envelope. You will need to copy and paste the address in. When you have set up your address and envelope, choose 'New Doc.'. This gives you the envelope as a document, which you can alter (font, etc) before you print. If you have already printed the main document, you will find that it inherits the main documents printer settings. If you are used to MS Word, you will find it take a bit of getting used to. I am talking from experience of the 1.1.4 Windows version of OO.o. You may find that other versions are different, especially print settings.
