Thats the problem i dont get that window labelled 'Text Import
[filename.txt]'.

Hi Marcelo,
after you select the file you want to insert from and click 'ok' do you
get the window labeled 'Text Import [filename.txt]'?
If yes, then mark the circle 'Fixed Width' in the Separated with section
of said window: a ruler bar will appear above the window showing the
text being inserted: you act on the ruler to set correct column width.
