but this option doesn't appear, only pdf...why?
I can think of a number of reasons. However you have not given sufficient information to make a real determination. I would, however, check that you have java installed and enabled (1.5 maybe best).

i don't think Java is required for SWF export.
are you trying to export from Impress or from other component? AFAIK, SWF export is available *only* in Impress.
