Assuming that you are running some flavour of Windows and Control Panel -> Add & Remove Programs isn't working for you, open File Manager / Windows Explorer / My Computer (or whatever they are calling it today) go to the installation directory/folder (probably something like "C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org1.1.4"), run the "Setup.exe" program and take the Remove/Uninstall option.
