Yes, please publish the issue ID. I will be very surprised if there are not already several issues filed about this bug. This issue appears on this list with monotonous regularity. Since OOo was first released I have installed it on 30 - 40 different computer - printer combinations (*nix / Solaris / Windows) and only once did envelope printing work correctly.
