If you've already got a TOC...
1. Right-click on the TOC and click on Edit Index/Table 2. Click on the Entries tab 3. The # button in the Structure area is the page number 4. Click in the text area just in front of the # button 5. Click on the Chapter no. button 6. Click in the text area just in front of the # button again 7. Enter a '.'
Do this for all required levels.

PS. Whoops, forgot... you might come across a pesky little bug in that version. If changes won't 'stick', delete the TOC and re-generate it.
Got a new little problem connected to the pagenumbering: How do I make the same numbering appear in the table of contents?
Can't figure out how to format the table of contents...
