When trying out envlope printing, may I suggest that you feed a sheet of plain paper (A4, or whatever you normally use). I use both Win 98SE (1.1.4) and Ubuntu Linux (1.1.2). On both these I have no trouble printing DL envelopes on my HP Deskjet 610C. However DL envelopes do not print from Win 98SE with 2.0Beta. This is a filed issue (46160).
