My issue 46160 
(http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=46160)
identifies a printing problem in 2.0.  If this is the same as yours, vote for 
it, and add any information you might have.  I don't think it is anything 
to do with printer setup.  It just a pure regression bug, and I agree with 
you.  I won't be using 2.0 until this bug is sorted.  Every letter I write 
needs an envelope printed.
