[users] printing problems

I have a problem about printing with my documents.
Whem i work in the program 'Werkblad' i see on my screen alle figures and so 
on. Whem i print this document than i se not all the figures but text where for 
instance the amount is coming from. So! on my screen i see a complete document 
but in printing not.
Can you help me?
