First of all, thank you for anwering my post :-)

Sorry, having explained that in my previous post I wasn't very clear.

No, I'm not doing that. I'm using a macro (but you can do it with the
navigator) that tells the cursor to move to a particular location in the
spreadsheet.
Suppose you have written a Menu from row A201 to row A226 and you
want to see it: so (in the macro) you have an instruction telling the
cursor to go to cell A201 in order to be able to see all of your rows on
the sreen.
What happens, instead, (and you're confirming that when you say "in the
middle of my screen"), is that the cursor goes to row A201 and you get a
screen showing rows from 191 to 211, as row 201 is just the *middle row*
between these extremes (supposing, of course, you're working with a
shrinked window of 21 rows; but it applies to larges windows also).
I hope that's clear.
Now, the point is: wouldn't it be better to show cell a201 as the upper
left corner of the 'visible' window?
Regards,
Ennio.
PS: I'm using OOo-1.1.4 under Linux, but I don't think the OS makes any
difference.
