Greetings I would like to create an alias for names in a spread sheet, in other words
In cell A3 I have a name and in cell B3 I have the number "1" In cell A4 I have a name and in cell B4 I have the number "2" In the second sheet I have the numbers of all the names instead of the names, What I require is that feature where you hold the mouse over a cell and a little speach bubble type thing appears with a description or notes on that cell, only if on sheet 2 I hold it over the relevant cell with the number it must popup the persons name, that is linked to the number, therefore as my staff chop and changed I can just edit the name and the number links the rest of the sheets formulas.
