[users] how convert charset utf-8 into charset 8859-1 by saving under DocBook format?

        Hi,

        I have to save my .sxw documents into .xml using the DocBook DTD.

        Unfortunately, its saves it with the charset UTF-8! But I need the 
charset iso-8859-1!

        Could someone help me?

        For information, I installed:
                                        - OOo 1.1.4
                                        - OOo 1.9.79 
                                        - java jre1.5.0_02
