Gotcha. OK, that's a TOC-format problem. I'm using the 2.0 beta, so
this might not be possible for you - sorry if that's the case.
* Right-click on the TOC
* Select Edit
* Click on the Entries tab
* Click on the white box between E# (that's the outline number) and
E (that's the heading)
* Click on the Tab Stop button
* Set the tab stop position to at least 0.5cm (this will probably
need to increase for each level - play around a bit)
* Do this for each level or click on the All button to copy to other
levels

When you configure Outline Numbering, click on the Position tab, change
the space to text settings to your liking.
That doesn't work. The space to text shows up properly in the man
section(s) of the document/reprt but in the Table of Contents the
heading number+heading do no have any space between them.
