This is an ongoing, very frustrating problem I've had over many builds. Of late, autocorrect was working fine. I rebooted this morning, to find that once again it had dropped many (but not all) of my additions, and despite the ability to OK my way out of its dialog was not accepting new ones.
This was working perfectly since I installed this build and up till yesterday. No change in Path, or anything else as far as I can remember, has been made. OOo has apparently done this on its own.
This morning I first opened a spreadsheet, then from there I opened a text document, where I discovered the problem.

Maybe I've solved the prob. It occurred again just now. I went into Paths and deleted the path to Program Files/user/share..., which left only the path to D&S/user/app. data/... It then worked perfectly, and all my additions were back.
It seems that OOo gets confused by multiple entries in Path. Indeed, *I* am confused by multiple entries in Path! What the heck are they there for?
Anyway, for now it's working. Thank God.
