Perhaps what you need is a line break in the cells containing more
than one line. In Help using the Index Tab, enter "line breaks;in
cells". On the right side of that window will be a list of features.
You should look for the "Automatic line break" paragraph near the
bottom. It tells you how to create a manual line break in a cell.
If you want to create automatic line breaks in a column, click the
grey rectangle with the column's name to highlight the entire column.
Right click the column's name to open a context menu. Select Format
cells. Under the "Font Effects" tab, select "Automatic line break."
Click OK. Adjust the column to the width needed to get your entries to
break into two lines at the point you want.
