I tried open it with 1.1.4 version but its still the same. I really can't figure out where is the problem. I got this problematic document from one of our staffs, I think maybe its because of the format she saved as. She told me she saved it in openoffice odt format. If I start a new document, there is no problem to justify the paragraph at all.

I checked with ctrl F10. it shows right after the line " (fair wear and tear excepted) " is a tiny error. Not the enter symbol.
Also, I have a 42 page document with this problem. Is there a way to correct the whole thing at one rather than editing it one by one?
The problem only occurs at my numbering section, for other paragraphs without numbering it justify ok.

Are you using the Beta version? I note that you had some enquiries about installation earlier. if so try saving as .sxw and opening in the stable version. I have found some minor formatting problems in tables in 1.9 versions.
