Not knowing what else to do, I downloaded the latest version (1.1.4) from your website. Then, before installing this, I tried to uninstall the version already in place (using the Windows 98 uninstall facility). No joy - it told me that it couldn't do the job since "unicows.dll" was missing!

You can re-download it from the Microsoft web site. Here is how: 1. Go to the Microsoft Download Center at: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads

2. In the 'Product / Technology' list, click either 'Windows 95', 'Windows 98', or 'Windows ME'.

3. In the 'Keywords' text box, type 'Unicode'.

4. Click the 'Go' button.

5. Click the 'Platform Software Development Kit Redistributable: Microsoft Layer for Unicode on Windows 95, 98, and Me Systems…' hyperlink, and follow the directions to download 'unicows.exe'.

Good luck!
