Just started using this app on the new pc. Its too soon to really have an opinion but need to work on some issues to make it easier to use since I am legally blind.
I make use of some of the accessibility features in Windows. Mainly, high contrast and large fonts for readability. In some apps including OO this presents a problem. For example when I pull down a menu then a sub menu, rather than it appearing within the active window, it goes off screen. Any way to fix it?
Another one is that I would like Writier to open in Print Layout rather than Web Layout. Looked at all the options but coulda missed it, not ahrd to do. LOL
Also, the text cursor is hard to see. Oh and when I am navigating the menus, I sometimes lose the hi lite when it passes over an inactive item. Also is it possible to make the hi lite roll over? In other words, make it so I can arrow up or down in one direction or other without having to go the other way? If I know I want a menu item that is at the bottom, rather than arrow down, just arrow up. Make sense?
Its a start. Could be fun. Thanks for any tips hints suggestions or otherwise.
