MySQL by itself is about the less graphical program you'll encounter. It was built as a DB server and as such does it extremely well - but it was not built for it graphic's. On windows it utilises the command line - that's it. There are however numerous plugin's available which provide the GUI front end for MySQL. Personally, if this is what your really after OO for I would recommend that you wait for OOo2.0 to come off its Beta stage - it has a much nicer / MS Access look and feel to it.
