Personal data is transferred from previous version of OOo to 1.9.95.
Therefore what ever you have put into the previous version in the way
of settings (eg, tools>options> openoffice.org > "user data").

I also found that it recreated my databases that I had in 1.1.4. You
can always add in the information if you choose not to transfer it
directly into 1.9.95.
