I am running OpenOffice 1.1.4 on about 8 Windows 2000 terminal servers and many times a week I have users complaining about slowdowns and problems with doing their work on the server. I find that 9 times out of 10 it is a profile that has the program crashrep.exe running. In doing a google search for the program, it pointed to the OpenOffice suite. When I kill the process it takes anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes for the end users to be able to work again. It locks the server up hard. It also creates a huge temp file in the persons profile and after a period of time fills up the hard drive. Has anyone else had a similar problem and how have you been able to fix it? This happens multiple times per week and my users are screaming at me to take care of it. Any help would be appreciated.
