There is no current way of editing or restricting the length of this
list.  The list is long it is a suite of products it provides a view
from one program of all others .. .that is why you will see a .sxw
file that you opened in the calc program.  It allows greater inter
operability.

On a separate note, 1.1.0 is a fairly old version. I'm sure you'd love
the newer features in 1.1.4 and if your daring even Beta2.0 (although
not for production use).
