I have 4 spreadsheets each contains about 6 pages when printed. I need to print into 1 pdf file preferably with 1 page with TOC created in text processor. Untill now I use PDFTK to combine PDF files but the bookmars are then lost.

I agree, Master Document is the preferred way to handle something like this in the long term, but in the short term, you could just copy the sheets from the other documents all into one spreadsheet (or just link to them), making it simple to create one PDF.
