At www.OOoauthors.org, we are presently working on User Guides for
version 2.0. Many of them are taking shape as I write this. There are
plans to make this available as a download and later as a published
book.
http://documentation.openoffice.org is an excellant sourse of
information also. There are a variety of different kinds of help there.
