If it said it was using a temp folder, it's gone because you turned off your pc. That's the meaning of temp folders. Allocate a permanent library and find a good dl manager.

If this is in Windows and your sure you've looked everywhere you can try checking your recycle bin see if its in there. If it had been deleted for some reason, I wouldn't know how, it might be in there.
