Hi all of you. I use OO since a year ago. I write in spanish all the time and I dont have any problem with accents. Check your keyboard configuration. (by the way, sorry for my english).

My wife is running OOo 1.1.4 on WinXP. She says:

I've check the Insert -> Special Character... You can insert, say an `o' with a tilde over it. But this isn't very flexible or fast. I didn't see an `n' with tilde, for example.
Is there a way to insert accents without using the menus? It there a way to insert accents over arbitrary characters?

I use AllChars for Windows v2.01. Originally from http://www.whiteants.com by Jeroen Laarhoven [EMAIL PROTECTED] It allows quick insertion of non-standard characters and it is freeware.
