I know how to build a simple database. I've used the dbase format, but I
suppose it works more or less the same in sql format. I know _nothing_
about creating forms.

For a mystery shopping research I am trying to create a

Criterium---------Poor (1) - Fair (2) - Good (3) - Very Good (4)
Excellent (5).
Instead of using the words every time, I would like to create a field
with 5 option boxes. When an option box is selected by the user, this
should create an input in the database, dependent of the option box
checked, of a 1, 2, 3, 4 or a 5.
I have read the document "How to link tables using named parameters",
but this did not show me how to do it.
Is there anybody who can tell me how to do this? I use 1.1.4
How much do you know about creating databases and forms? It would
be easier for me to answer your question if I had this information.
