[users] Open Office Draw dimension lines

Hi,  I am very happy with the draw capabilities of this program.  I have 
been trying to use dimension lines for some of my drawings, but cannot 
display the linear dimensions.  When I choose Format - Dimensions, no 
Dimensions option appears.  Am I using this correctly?
