[users] Formatting of Integrals

When I make an integral in calc I type something like int f(x) dx and I 
get a nice (if boring) integral.

But when I use a greek letter, like int g(%omega) d%omega the 'd' and 
the omega are spaced apart in an unsightly manner.  What gives?  Can I 
fix this?
