If I understand you correctly,
1. You created a database using the built-in database included with the OOo 2.0 beta.
2. You want to access this data using J#.
I can access the data using a macro, so if you can access the UNO API using J#, then yes you can. I know that you can from Java, and VB. Some people use .NET I think, so you should be able to do it, but I have not heard of it being done so it is only a guess that J# can use the .NET stuff, that is the real question.
