Hi,
You can save them as .doc files and then open them in MS. If the number of
files are more, you can as well convert them using File - AutoPilot - Document
Converter.
IIRC, the autopilot is one way only
It allows to convert from doc to OOo
If you need the other way, you may have a look at BatchConv
