[users] Saving in different file formats

It seems that this has come up a few times recently I have therefore 
written a document that explains how to do this,  It's currently saved 
on my HDD, in open office 1.1.x format, even though I actually wrote it 
in 1.9.75 or 79,  anyway.

I would like to donate this to the open office.org community, can I just 
simply e-mail it someone for inclusion on the main web site, rather than 
joining yet another project mailing list, partly as I have still not got 
round to contacting the list admins for the art mailing list (I have 
also got a openoffice.org 2.0 poster), I have tried to look for a list 
admin contact e-mail and name but can't find anything.

I can save in PDF, format, too, and it would be much easier to simply 
e-mail to someone.

I have included screen shots,  I am not really bothered about getting 
credit for this, even though I would be nice, I can add my name to the 
bottom anyway.

Incedently if anyone wants the poster for openoffice.org 2.0 it's at 
www.zen14920.zen.co.uk,  right near the bottom of the page. Feel free to 
download the pdf and or the sxd, source file.  While this is not an 
official poster yet, I am going to use it locally to promote open office 
2.0 when it's released.
