As you are not subscribes you may not have seen this reply:
Why not install OOo on your home PC? That would be the best �solution,
IMO.
But if there's a reason you prefer MS-Office, OOo can open MS-Word
documents:
You should save the OOo documents on your school computer as Word or RTF
file types before you take them home to open them in MS-Word.
You can change the file type in the drop down box below the file name
text box in the FILE SAVE AS dialog.
