The section you want to read first is "Creating a view of multiple tables." This is what you probably should have done instead of making a query.
My thinking at this point in time is that you may have to make forms to add the data to individual tables. Use the Create View task when Tables is selected in the Database list on the left. Make the table you want from the tables you have already created. Link the tables where needed. A form made from this "combination" table will contain the linked records. I'm not sure that this last form will be anything other than read only however. I need to do some more research to discover that answer.

I have been succesful in creating forms, using joined tables, that result in Read Only view the records kinds of forms. I am fairly certain that at best, I can create quick and easy forms to view multiple tables.

As for now, I am going to start looking at building what I need with PHP, straight SQL statements and Apache/MySQL.
