Unsure what the problem is in this case. Try checking all the
documents to make sure that the auto format settings are the same.
Some documents can have individual settings that may be different.

Reply to the list means that it is best if you keep the email address
([email protected]) of the list when replying to any emails since
this makes sure that everyone on the list can try to assist as opposed
to just me.
